The Road to Tidy

Back in the Winter of 2024, We wanted to travel down the East Coast to Florida and stay for 2 weeks in January. maybe more.
But we had some reservations—literally and figuratively—about towing Big Mama.
And campground after campground was booked.
The ones that were available? Tight sites, short spaces, weird layouts.

Our quiet curiosity about truck campers turned into a full-blown “let’s do this.”
We’d owned a truck camper decades ago.
It did the job… but it was tight.
Like living inside a shoebox with cabinet latches.
Were we really about to trade the comfort of Big Mama for a setup that small?

It turned out that we were and that's where The Tidy RV started to take shape.
Our space to share how we actually roll—
what we pack, what we skip, and how we switch between rigs without losing our minds.
That’s the ride we’re sharing here.
A real look at tidy travel with our setups, systems, stories.
