How THE TIDY RV Began
Two truck campers and three travel trailers.
Dozens of stops up and down the East Coast to music festivals and beach getaways.
Every rig had its moment and every trip added to our travel groove.
But looking back, it wasn’t always as smooth as we’d hoped.
As we traveled more, we started to accumulate more gear.
We were packing too much and held on to things we didn't need—
telling ourselves we might use it one day in another rig.
Our RV had become a storage unit on wheels.
There was a moment in the summer of 2024, when it all came to a head.
We actually considered tossing it all—packing it in, calling it quits.
Rolling away from RV travel altogether.
It felt like too much.
Then Louie showed up. One crumb-sniffing pup and one big shift.
Traveling with a dog changed everything.
That’s when The Tidy RV began.
Not just a name—but a new way to travel with more intention, less clutter.
And a lot more space for the good stuff.
🎶 Hey everybody, let’s have some fun You only live but once, and when you're dead you're done So let the good times roll, let the good times roll Don’t care if you’re young or old, get together let the good times roll.” — Louis Jordan, “Let the Good Times Roll” (1946)
